OCEANWEST, Ucluelet’s new master-planned oceanfront community, is situated along the rugged shores of the open Pacific Ocean. Each real estate lots is carefully sited either along the waterfront or within old-growth forests, and the ocean views are magnificent.

More than 20 percent of OCEANWEST is designated park land. About 3.5 km (2 mi) of theWild Pacific Trail runs through the development, with another 3.5 hm of the hiking trail to be built.
