OceanWest has dedicated 20 acres to the creation of Central Park, a forested green space strategically located between Olsen Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

This area is a known wildlife corridor frequented by bears, deer, and other local species. By maintaining these pathways, we are ensuring that the wildlife can continue to move freely through their natural habitats.

Environmental consultants have carefully identified riparian zones, home to rare plants, sea grasses, and intertidal ecosystems.
